Just stopped by while driving through the neighborhood and I'm somewhat impressed . The line with about five people was free flowing and managed well . Ordered their advertised "backyard" bbq and spinach rice and everything was pretty good . Chicken was well seasoned and did have that smoky flavor , the rice was also really good and rather plentiful . If for that meal alone I'd rate them a 4. The other food I saw at the counter looked good as well so if ever in the area again, I'd try and update my review .

Let's start with this.... long lines await you when coming here however their known for their doubles. I mean people were in there buying 20 doubles at a time lol. I ordered 8 for me and the family with a small spinach rice (no meat) that came up to $15 which isn't bad considering the amount of food I got. I will definitely be back, and this time I'm coming early lol

Stopped in today to get an aloo pie (potato) because I was hungry. They are well known in the Richmond Hill area by the West Indian community. Anyways I was starving and I like no matter what time of the day you visit they always have a rush. Some customers don't know how to make a line. That's annoying standing online and someone just cuts right infront of you as if your nonexistent. The staff however works fast and efficient. My Aloo pie with channa and pepper was $2.50. Not bad!!.
The tambourine sauce gave the aloo pie a n
Nice savory taste. The channa help give the aloo pie which is pretty bland if you ask me a nice sauce texture and of course the pepper gives you that kick, tingling feeling you get in your brain when things are spicy.
